I’m tired of being tired all the time

Feeling tired and exhausted is so common that it has its own acronym, TATT, which stands for “tired all the time”.

So are you suffering from TATT? and if so why? and what can you do about it?

TATT may be down to:

  • Physical causes
    – diabetes
    – sleep apnoea
    – being overweight
  • Psychological causes
    – insomnia
    – anxieties and worries
    – depression
    – heavy workload, demands or targets
    – stress and pressure
  • or maybe just the lifestyle we are leading?
    – working shifts
    – too many meetings
    – not eating as well as we should
    – drinking more than we should
    – “burning the candle at both ends”

So what can we do about it?
